    What do you charge?
    Engagements are scoped and priced after the opportunity map, because a number quoted before I understand the problem is a guess. Most work lands in one of two shapes: a fixed-price build, or a monthly retainer for standing capacity. You will have the number in writing before anything starts.
    How do you approach a build?
    Carefully, and with receipts. Every build gets scoped against a real business outcome first, then built with security, access control, and documentation from the start. You own the code, the data, and the accounts, and the system is designed to still work when your business is bigger. CropYield AI, a full AI-powered SaaS app with real-time market data, automated alerts, and break-even tracking, is a good example of the standard: production infrastructure, not a prototype.
    Do you do ongoing work?
    Yes. I offer monthly advisory retainers and ongoing build partnerships for clients who need continuous development or want me embedded in their operations.
    What's your tech stack?
    I'm an operator who taught myself to build, so I'm pragmatic and outcome-first, not religious about tools. My core stack: TypeScript/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, Postgres/Supabase, the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs with multi-model routing, MCP, and Vercel, plus self-hosted infrastructure (PM2, systemd, Caddy) when a project needs it. But I'll use whatever gets you a result you can own, maintain, and grow into.
