BraveHart Development runs 15 locations across three brands with 400+ team members. The website should be as smart as the operation. So I built one that learns.

We had four websites: hartfamilycoffee.com for Scooter's, braveharthospitality.com for Hawaiian Bros, hartfamilyhotels.com for hotels, and bravehartdevelopment.com trying to hold it all together. None of them talked to each other. Catering leads lived on sticky notes. Investors saw an incomplete picture.

I killed all four and built one site with a brain — a single platform that captures catering leads, tells one coherent brand story, and learns from its own traffic.
