Four Websites. One Brain. Zero Wasted Conversations.
BraveHart Development runs 15 locations across three brands with 400+ team members. The website should be as smart as the operation. So I built one that learns.
The Problem
We had four websites: hartfamilycoffee.com for Scooter's, braveharthospitality.com for Hawaiian Bros, hartfamilyhotels.com for hotels, and bravehartdevelopment.com trying to hold it all together.
None of them talked to each other. A potential investor would land on one site and have no idea the other brands existed. A catering customer would call and their inquiry would live on a sticky note until someone remembered to follow up. Our brand story was scattered across four domains, and our catering pipeline was scattered across people's memories.
I'd watched this problem compound for months. Every week we were losing catering leads to bad follow-up. Every month a potential partner or investor was getting an incomplete picture. Four brands, four silos, zero integration.
Operators know this feeling. You built each thing to solve a problem at the time, and then one day you look up and realize the patchwork is the problem.

Everything lives at bravehartdevelopment.com now. Every brand, every location, every piece of the BraveHart story, consolidated. Scooter's Coffee with 15 drive-thru locations across Wisconsin and South Dakota through Hart Family Coffee. Hawaiian Bros Iowa with locations in Davenport and Waukee (8 more in development). Hotels through Hart Family Hotels, including a brand-new Holiday Inn Express in Marion. The blog. The invest page. All of it. One URL. One experience. One story.

AI-Powered Catering Chatbot
The Hawaiian Bros catering page has a chatbot that handles location routing, menu questions, pricing, portion recommendations, and links to online ordering. It replaces the phone tag and sticky-note chaos that was costing us orders every week.
It runs on The Phi Standard™, my proprietary AI platform, and it learns from every single conversation.
The self-learning loop works like this:
- Every conversation hits the monitoring dashboard, nothing gets lost
- I review each response, approve the ones that nailed it, edit the ones that didn't
- Approvals and edits become weighted training examples, ranked by quality and performance
- The chatbot pulls from proven responses instead of guessing from scratch
- Confidence scores climb over time, when they're high enough, the chatbot earns autopilot
It gets smarter every day because a human is teaching it what "right" looks like, one conversation at a time.

Behind the chatbot, a custom catering CRM is built and ready to activate, powered by φ. Not Salesforce, not HubSpot, just a pipeline purpose-built for QSR catering. When it goes live, every lead gets tracked, every status triggers the right follow-up automatically. No more "I think someone called last Thursday about a catering order."

The invest page is live with a proper accredited investor gate for our Hawaiian Bros Iowa expansion raise. Next phase: full investor login with documents, quarterly updates, and portfolio tracking. No more emailing PDFs.
