I've Spent 25 Years Building in Silence. That Changes Today.

I've spent 25 years in the trenches, from the Walmart floor to the boardrooms of Choice and Marriott Hotels, and I've mostly kept my mouth shut.

    That changes today.

In 2002, I was a 22-year-old dad and an Assistant Manager at Walmart. By 25, I was one of the youngest GMs in Best Buy history. Since then, I've scaled multi-unit businesses across the Heartland, from 14 Scooter's Coffee locations in Wisconsin, and 1 in South Dakota to hotel developments and Hawaiian Bros locations in Iowa.

I've helped scale software start-ups to HR consulting companies. I've had ships at sea hit with 35% overnight tariffs. I've won "Developer of the Year" while my operations were screaming under the strain. I've seen software that failed because it was too complex and businesses that thrived because they were simple.

Through BraveHart Development, my partners and I are bridging the gap between Physical Dirt and Digital Efficiency. We develop and operate high-growth assets, using AI to automate the mundane so our teammates can focus on the mission.

    I'm done building in silence.

From here on out, I'm sharing the blueprints:

The "FUFU" leadership rule (Follow Up or F*ck Up).

    The "1-Player Game" mindset.

Why I'll never use the word "employee" again.

How we're architecting the next era of Midwest development.

If you want "stuffy" corporate fluff, there are plenty of other profiles to follow. If you want the perfectly imperfect reality of the grind, stay tuned.

    Let's build.
